Join the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Family Forum
If you are a family member or loved one of a long-term care consumer, the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman invites you to share your stories about your loved one’s care. Your shared experiences will better inform ombudsman advocacy with key policy and decisionmakers. This month's forum will focus on family councils and how they are operating during the pandemic. In order to reduce background noise and make the conversation accessible to everyone, lines will be muted. During the webinar, the chat feature will be available to you to submit comments. Fill out this survey to submit your written comments in advance. To attend, click on the registration link for the date and time that works best with your schedule.
