The long-term care ombudsman helps people who receive long-term care in their homes, an assisted living facility, or a nursing home. Ombudsman staff help solve problems with providers and services. They also help consumers understand their rights and access benefits.

Ohio Region 10A Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is the regional long-term care ombudsman for Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain & Medina counties on Ohio's eastern lakefront (region 10A).
