Effective Oct. 1, 2022, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has implemented a new provider application system called Provider Network Module (PNM), the new single front door platform for Medicaid Providers. With this introduction, all Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) and other state Medicaid waiver providers have a single point of entry provider portal giving providers one front door to manage enrollment administration.  The PNM module streamlines the enrollment and revalidation processes and simplifies the user experience.

In recent weeks, ODM has shared insight into the change and provided timelines, resources, and instructions for PNM through email notifications to providers and stakeholders.

All providers now sign-in through the PNM portal and select to which state agency they want to apply: ODA, DODD, or ODM. Based on the provider’s selection, the provider is redirected to the appropriate agency’s system to complete the application process.

The process for adding services or expanding to other regions for providers remains unchanged from our current process. ODA will work with ODM to add this change to PNM in the future.

If you have provider questions related to the new PNM system, please direct them to ODM’s dedicated provider network module email box at: PNMCommunications@medicaid.ohio.gov. Providers may also review information on ODM’s website.

For application questions, providers may continue to email Provider_Enrollment@age.ohio.gov.
