Department of Aging, BELTSS seek hearing examiners
Interested attorneys should apply by May 22, 2017

The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is soliciting applications from attorneys to be included in a pool of hearing examiners from which ODA and the Ohio Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS) will assign administrative hearings on a contractual, intermittent basis. Attorneys wishing to serve as hearing examiners are asked to refer to the following documents prior to responding to this solicitation.

Request for Applications
Standard Affirmation and Disclosure Form
Independent Contractor/Worker Acknowledgement (OPERS)
Personal Services Contract

Applications will be accepted until 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017, and must be submitted via email to purchasing@age.ohio.gov.
