Make aging your business by protecting yourself from fires

Four steps to safeguard yourself or a loved one

Ohio's State Fire Marshal Larry Flowers encourages you to make aging your business by taking steps to protect you and your loved ones from fires. Steps to take:

  1. Conduct a home assessment and identify fire hazards;
  2. Make sure the home is adequately equipped with working smoke alarms;
  3. Develop a fire escape plan and practice it; and
  4. Continue to follow-up and address your evolving needs.
