Participate in Our Rule Development
The Ohio Department of Aging encourages older Ohioans, family caregivers, health care providers, businesses, advocates and members of the general public to participate in our rule-development process.
You may also contact the Common-Sense Initiative (CSI) office to share your solutions on reforming ODA's rules. The CSI office's mission is to generate a more jobs-friendly regulatory climate in Ohio.
Although any person may contact us at any time to recommend improvements to our rules, we conduct public-comment periods and public hearings to encourage public participation during specific stages in the rule-development process.
