Participate in Our Rule Development

The Ohio Statehouse Anyone may participate in the Ohio Department of Aging's rule-development process. For more information, please see Participating in ODA's Rule Development and An Overview of Administrative Rulemaking.

Please contact our policy development manager at rules@age.ohio.gov with questions or concerns about the rules.

You may also contact the Common-Sense Initiative (CSI) office to share your solutions on reforming ODA's rules. The CSI office's mission is to generate a more jobs-friendly regulatory climate in Ohio.

The CSI office highlights examples of state agencies that self-initiate rule projects to improve Ohio's regulatory climate. Lt. Governor Taylor, the director of CSI, highlighted ODA's work in CSI's 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 annual reports.
