Participate in Our Rule Development
The Ohio Department of Aging encourages older Ohioans, family caregivers, health care providers, family caregivers, businesses, advocates and members of the general public to participate in our rule-development process.
Although any person may contact us at any time to recommend improvements to our rules, we conduct public-comment periods, business-impact meetings, and public hearings to encourage public participation during specific stages in the rule-development process.
